Donaho and Heather M. Donaho-Defendant,on a judgment rendered in said Court on 10th September 2025, against and Christopher A. Donaho and Heather M. Donaho-Defendant, in favor Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC c/o Codilis & Moody, P.C for the sum of $145,365.01; all court costs; post judgment interest on all of the above at the rate of 7.5%, compounded annually, from the date this judgment is rendered until all amounts are paid in full; a conditional award of reasonable and necessary attorney's fees in the amount of $4,915.44; foreclosure of a property lien on the below described property as said property lien existed on the 10th day of September, 2025; and Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC c/o Codilis & Moody, P.C; I did on the 8th day of January, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., levy upon the following described property situated in Brazoria County, Texas, as the property of Christopher A.
