NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE THE STATE OF TEXAS § § COUNTY OF BRAZORIA § WHEREAS, by virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the 239 th District Court of Brazoria County on the 13 th Day of January 2026, in Cause No. 132135-CV , where Nawar Khodr was/were Plaintiff, and Raya McDade was/were Defendant on a judgement rendered in said Court on October 27 th , 2025 against Defendant and in favor of the said Plaintiff, for the amounts awarded in the Final Judgment, including principal, attorney's fees, costs, and interest, as provid- ed therein, the sum of $814,237.96 principal amount, together with post-judgment interest and costs of suit as awarded by the Cour.
