NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARD- ING COMMISSIONERS' COURT FOR REGULATORY SIGNS TO: ALL PERSONS RESIDING IN BRAZO- RIA COUNTY, TEXAS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS USING BRAZORIA COUNTY ROADS. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Signs are to be posted or adjusted along the follow- ing roads in Brazoria County (within Brazoria County Commissioner Precinct 2): The signs to be posted or adjusted are as follows: Speed Limit CR 67/ Masters Rd CR 64 / Davenport Pkwy Further, you are notified that a public hear- ing will be held beginning at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 2026, before the Commissioners' Court, in their courtroom on the second floor of the Brazoria County Courthouse Administration Building, Angleton, Texas, to receive public comment on this question, prior to ordering the referendum.
