NOTICE IS GIVEN that Callan Marine Ltd. ("Petitioner"), as owner of the Dredge General Patton, its engines, gear, tackle, etc., has filed a Complaint and Petition pursuant to Title 46 of the Revised Statutes of 2023, United. States, 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501-30512, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims arising from the occurrences during the voyage of the General Patton, etc., beginning on or about April 3o, 2022, in the general vicinity of Galveston, Texas, and ending on or about August 5, 2022, in the general vicinity of Corpus Christi, Texas.
All persons having such claims must file them under oath, as provided in the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Rule F(4), with the Clerk of this Honorable Court, at the United States Courthouse at 1133 N. Shoreline Blvd. Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, and serve on the attorney for the Petitioner, Kenneth W. Bullock, II, Frost Brown Todd LLP, 1100 Louisiana St. Suite
