Notice is given that Letters of Independent Administration in the estate of Theodore Emmanuel Hernandez, deceased, were issued on February 5, 2026, to Stephanie Marie Hilbig in Cause No. 2025-PR-00756-4 in the County Court at Law No. 4 of Nueces County, Texas.
