NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, 100A Calhoun St, Rice, TX 75155 Uptown Self Storage will hold a public sale to satisfy a landlord's lien of the property stored by the following tenants at the storage facility. The sale will occur as an in person auction on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026 at 10 a.m. and sold to the highest bidder. Deposit for removal and cleanup may be temporarily required.
