REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 102-26 Office Supply Catalog (202607) The Garland Independent School District will be receiving RFPs for the purchase of Office Supply Catalog until 10:30 a.m., March 12, 2026, at 501 South Jupiter Road, Garland, Texas 75042, Purchasing Department, (972-487-3009), at which time they will be opened. The proposals will be evaluated and ranked as stated in the solicitation based on the best value to the Garland ISD based on the criteria shown below. (Purchase Price-40 points, the reputation of the vendor and the vendor's goods or services – 12 points, the quality of the vendor's goods or services – 20 points, the extent to which the goods or services meet the District's needs – 25 points, the vendor's past relationship with the District – 3 points) Beginning February 13, 2026, the RFP information will be available at: https://oraproddmz.garlandisd.net/ Preferred Method of Payment is EFT with the option of a check. 2/13,2/19
