  Under the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code (Chapter 576 Acts of the 68th Legislature Regular Session 1983), U-STOR HIGHWAY 161, 3501 Block Dr., Irving, TX 75038, will hold a public sale of delinquent units in order to satisfy a landlord's lien. Bids will be accepted at www.Bid13.com to begin on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be sold Thursday, February 26th, 2026 at 10:30 AM to the highest bidder for CASH.  Units to be sold are: #21 Brianca Geason – bike, fan, mattress, boxes, misc. items. #92 Ifulu Mwana Ndombe – shelving, floor sander, boxes, misc. items. #191 Tyrone Azemas – luggage, car not included in sale. #282 Gloria Jean Collins – desk, boxes, misc. items.
