NOTICE The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board will receive Statement of Qualifications for the following items at the location stated below until the due date and time stated: SOLICITATION: PA2023 – Code Department Plan Review and Inspections QUALIFICATIONS DUE DATE AND TIME: Friday, March 27, 2026 @ 2:00 PM SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) GOAL: 20% CONTACT: Contract Administrator, James Legerme 972-973-1735, Elton McKelvy 972-973-1991 STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) SUBMITTAL: SOQs must be submitted via the DFW Airport Bonfire Solicitation system only by the due date and time listed in the Bonfire event schedule, accessible at https://dfwairport.bonfirehub.com/login. Additional information is available on the DFW International Airport website at www.dfwairport.com/business/solicitations. The DFW Airport, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
