SWINERTON BUILDERS INVITATION TO BID Walnut Street (FM 455) Joint Trench Project Bids are due February 20, 2026, at 2:00PM Swinerton Builders is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of the City of Celina to provide pricing (bids) for the underground conduit trench system within Walnut Street (FM 455) adjacent to the Celina Downtown Center Project. The project is intended to commence by March 16th, 2026 and be substantially completed by April 22nd, 2026. The project will involve the following trades: Earthwork (trenching, backfill & rough grading), utilities duct bank, concrete (encasement & pads), directional boring.
