NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITIES OF DALLAS AND FORT WORTH, TEXAS DALLAS FORT WORTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT COMMERCIAL PAPER NOTES NOTICE IS HEREBY given of a public hearing to be held by the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board, on behalf of the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas (the "Issuer"), on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in Room 1B1036 – Dallas Fort Worth - Texas of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport, 2400 Aviation Drive, Dallas Fort Worth Airport, Texas 75261. Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the Issuer of one or more commercial paper notes (the "Notes"), pursuant to a program and a plan of finance, in an amount currently estimated to be up to $750,000,000. The proceeds of the Notes will be used by the Issuer for airport improvements (collectively, the “Projects”). The Projects are located at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, between Highway 114 and Highway 183, Dallas and Tarrant Counties, Texas. The Projects are owned by the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and operated on their behalf by the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board. All interested persons are invited to attend such public hearing to express their views with respect to the issuance of the Notes. Questions or requests for additional information may be directed to Russell Selkirk, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, 2400 Aviation Drive, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, 75261, Telephone (972) 973-5447. Persons who intend to appear at the hearing and express their views on the above matters are invited to contact Mr. Selkirk either in writing or by telephone in advance of the hearing. Any interested persons unable to attend the hearing may submit their views in writing to Mr. Selkirk prior to the date scheduled for the hearing. This notice is published and the above-described hearing is to be held in satisfaction of the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, regarding the public approval prerequisite to the exemption from federal income taxation of the interest on the Notes.
