TOWN OF ARGYLE RFQ 2026-004 OWNER'S REPRESENTATIONThe Town of Argyle is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified firms to provide professional Owner's Representation services for the Police Department Building project.Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than March 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Late submissions will not be accepted.This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2254 (Professional Services Procurement Act). Selection will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications.Written questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST to purchasing@argyletx.com . Responses will be issued via addendum.RFQ documents are available at: www.argyletx.com/bids.aspxSubmissions will be accepted electronically only. Hard copy or emailed submissions will not be accepted. The public opening will be conducted virtually immediately following the deadline. As this is a qualifications-based solicitation, only the names of responding firms will be read aloud.The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, waive informalities, and cancel this solicitation in the best interest of the Town.
