Bids are requested for all site-related trades, including but not limited to:Excavation, Concrete, Steel, PEMB, Striping, Joint Sealants, Landscaping, Site Utilities. Proposals are due Friday, February 27, 2026 at 5pm. Proposals may be emailed to estimating@novelbuilders.com no later than the posted bid date and time. Novel Builders is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for this project. Novel Builders reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the project.
