NOTICE OF LAND CONVEYANCECITY OF CORINTH, TEXAS The City Council of the City of Corinth, Texas, a home-rule municipality (the “City”) hereby gives notice pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code, Section 253.0125, et seq. that the City has entered into an economic development agreement authorized by Chapter 380 for which real property is to be conveyed to an entity for economic development purposes, described as follows: The City Council has approved the transfer of City owned land described as an approximate 3.74 acre tract of land generally located at the northeastern corner of Interstate 35E & Corinth Parkway and comprised of the following three parcels: (i) Parcel ID Number 705818 located within the corporate limits of the City of Corinth, Texas; and (ii) Parcel ID Number 38694 located within the corporate limits of the City of Corinth, Texas; and (iii) Parcel ID Number 983668 located within the corporate limits of City of Corinth, Texas, (collectively the “Property”) pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Section 253.0125, et seq, from the City of Corinth to Kairos Communities Partners, a Texas limited liability company, pursuant to a written agreement, with the purpose of the transfer being for the promotion of future commercial development to promote economic development and the generation of sales tax and for use of the Property consistent with other zoning and development regulations applicable to the Property.
