Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM in Town Hall located at 100 West Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068 . This notice is regarding the following requests: 1. PUBLIC HEARING/ Zoning Map Amendment. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding a Town-initiated request to amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUP), currently Neighborhood designation to Mixed Residential designation, generally located at the intersection of West Eldorado Parkway and Oak Grove Parkway, within Little Elm's town limits, in order to align more closely with the recent zoning change through Ordinance No. 1808, approved during the July 1,2025 Town Council meeting. 2. PUBLIC HEARING/ Zoning Map Amendment. Public hearing, discussion, and take action on a recommendation regarding a Town-initiated request to amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUP), currently Floodplain/CORP designation to Retail/Commercial designation, generally located about 800 feet south of the intersection of Little Elm Parkway and FM 423, within Little Elm's town limits, in order to align more closely with the recent zoning change through Ordinance No. 1833, approved during the January 6,2026 Town Council meeting.
