The Town Council of the Town of Cross Roads will convene a public hearing to consider adoption of land use assumptions and capital improvement plan under which an impact fee may be imposed for roadway facilities on March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers, 1401 FM 424, Cross Roads, Texas 76227. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence for or against the land use assumptions or capital improvement plans.
