NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE of property to satisfy a landlord lien. Storage Zone located at 631 S Mayhill Rd, Denton, Texas 76208. Hereby gives notice of Public Sale under the provisions of chapter 59 of the Texas property code. This sale is being conducted to satisfy the landlord's Lien against the said property. The sale is open to the public and will be held on March 16, 2026 at 10:00 am. At the 631 S Mayhill Rd location. The property being auctioned will be misc items. These items were the personal property of Lonie Williams of Corinth, Texas. Property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash or money order.
