Public Notice - Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment for the Town of Copper Canyon will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The property owner seeking the variances is Ron Rollins. The property address is located at 830 Waite Drive, Copper Canyon, Texas and is legally described as Chapel Hills Estates Lot 11, Town of Copper Canyon, Denton County, Texas. The owner is seeking the following variances: 1) a 25-foot variance from the Town of Copper Canyon General District Zoning Regulations, Article 2, Section 2-102 Use, Yard and Bulk Requirements (4)(b) Minimum Side Yard Setback From Interior Lot Line, Principal Uses and 2) a variance for an existing condition of lot width of approximately 184.6 feet, from the Town of Copper Canyon General District Zoning Regulations, Article 2, Section 2-102 Use, Yard and Bulk Requirements (2) Minimum Lot Width. If approved, the variances granted would allow a 10-foot side yard setback for the principal building and a lot width of approximately 184.6 feet. All property owners within two hundred feet of this property will be notified by first class mail. Any property owner in the Town of Copper Canyon may register comments, either for or against granting of the variance during the hearing.
