CITATION BY PUBLICATIONTO: Antonio David MonsisvaisGREETINGS:YOU (AND EACH OF YOU) ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear before the Probate Court of El Paso County, Texas, at the Courthouse thereof, by filing a written answer at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being the 16th day of February, 2026 to Petition filed in said Court on the 15th day of December, 2025 in Cause No. 2025-CPR01732 on the docket of said court and styled Elias Chaires, Jr., DeceasedA brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit: APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AS MUNIMENT OF TITLE OUTSIDE OF FOUR YEARSOn December 15, 2025 Applicant filed and Application to Probate the Last Will and Testament of Elias Chaires, Jr. as a Muniment of Title in Probate Court No. 2 of El Paso County, Texas, Cause No. 2025CPR01732. Elias Chaires, Jr. died on December 12, 2016, leaving a valid Will. The Will was not offered for Probate within four (4) years of Decedent's death, and notice to all heirs at law is therefore required. The heirs at law of Elias Chaires, Jr. are as follows: (1) Blanca Chaires Leal; (2) Beatrice Monsisvais (Deceased), (3) Ester Maria Chaires, (4) Maria Hortencia Munoz, (5) Miguel Angel Chaires (Deceased). Beatrice Monsisvais, Deceased, was the mother of Antonio David Monsisvais and Nicolas Adrian Monsisvais, who are heirs of the Estate. Despite reasonable diligence, Applicant has been unable to locate Antonio David Monsisvais.
