This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 7161 Granite Road, El Paso, Texas 79915, and with the legal description of BEING LOT ONE (1), BLOCK TWELVE(12), HIDDEN VALLEY UNIT FIVE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF EL PASO, EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN BOOK 25, PAGE 7, PLAT RECORDS OF EL PASO COUNTY, TEXAS. The Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, George Perez, is deceased and that some of the Heirs, Assigns, and Devisees are Unknown
as per attached and as is more fully shown by PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION on file in this suit.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs.
