NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE BASTROP COUNTY, TEXASCERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATIONTAKE NOTICE that the Commissioners Court (the Court) of Bastrop County,Texas (the County), shall convene at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 13th day of April,2026, at its regular meeting place in Bastrop County Courthouse, and, duringsuch meeting, the Court will consider the passage of an order authorizing theissuance of certificates of obligation (the Certificates) in an amount not to exceed$65,000,000 for the purpose of paying contractual obligations of the County to beincurred for making permanent public improvements and for other public purposes,including(1) acquiring, designing, constructing, renovating, repairing, upgrading,and improving various County buildings housing the governmental functions ofthe County, including the Bastrop County Judicial Center; (2) acquiring, designing,constructing, renovating, repairing, expanding, and improving
