Weatherford St., Fort Worth, Texas 76196-0401, at or before ten o'92clock A.M. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this citation, said Monday being the 23rd day of March, 2026, and then and there to answer the Original Petition of Leonardo Ruiz as plaintiff(s) filed in said Court, on the April 17, 2025 against Rosemary Lopez as defendant(s) said suit being numbered 2025-002958-3, the nature of which demand is as follows, to-wit: Suit on MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT which occurred on or about September 4, 2023, between Plaintiff Leonardo Ruiz and Defendant Rosemary Lopez, on New York Ave. and Park Row in Arlington, Texas, when Defendant failed to yield the right of way crashing into Plaintiff, causing Plaintiff'92s personal injuries.
