NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGE ALLEN SPARKMAN, DECEASED Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of George Allen Sparkman, Deceased, were issued on February 9, 2026, in Cause No. PR18714, pending in the County Court at Law of Cooke County, Texas, to Robbie Lynn Sparkman and Douglas Clifton Sparkman.
