Request for Proposal No. 2601 City of Dickinson Group Health Insurance The City of Dickinson is soliciting sealed pro- posals for Fully Insured and Chapter 172 Group Health Plans, including Medical, Den- tal,Vision, Life/AD&D, Disability, and Worksite benefits, effective July 1, 2026. Sealed proposals must be submitted as follows: • Submit one (1) original signed proposal clearly marked ‘ORIGINAL' and two (2) copies. The original hard copy shall govern in the event of any discrepancy. Copies may be photocop- ies of the original. • The original proposal must include an origi- nal ink signature of an individual authorized to bind the vendor to a contract. • Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED PROPOSAL,” and include the vendor's name, RFP number, proposal title, and the submission deadline date and time.
