Sealed Bids, in duplicate, addressed to the President and Board of Directors, Galveston County Water Control and Improvement Dis- trict No. 12, Kemah, Texas, Galveston County, will be received at the Galveston County Water Control and Improvement No. 12 District Office, 524 Cien Road, Kemah, Texas 77565, until 2:00 P .M. Wednesday, March 4, 2026, and then pub- licly opened and read for the construction of “ Bradford Street Waterline Rehabilitation Phase 2 ". Accompany Bids with acceptable Cashier's or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, payable without recourse to the District , or a Bid Bond of like amount from an approved surety company, as a guarantee that bidder will enter into a con- tract.
