Notice is hereby given that the City of La Marque Board of Adjustment will hold a Regu- lar Meeting and will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers located at 1109-B Bayou Road, La Marque, TX. All interested par- ties shall have the opportunity to be heard with respect to the following applications: An application for the request for variances to lot size, lot width, lot depth, building size and building setbacks within (C-3) Corridor Com- mercial, for a tract of land being part of Lot 10 of Orchard Place Subdivision, a subdivision in Galveston County,Texas according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Volume 92, Page 462, Galveston County PID No. 611795, 10615 FM 1764, La Marque,TX 77568.
