NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of League City will hold a public hearing on March 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Cham- bers, 200 W. Walker St., League City, TX, and City Council will hold a public hear- ing on April 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, all interested parties the right to appear and be heard on the following item: Hold a public hear- ing and take action on Zoning Change Application, MAP-26- 0001 (1900 Block Wyoming Avenue), to rezone approximately 1.79 acres from “RSF- 5” (Residential Sin- gle-Family 5) to “CG” (General Commer- cial),legally described as all Lots 1 thru 12, Block 252 of Dickinson Townsite, generally lo- cated along the west side of Wyoming Ave- nue and four blocks south of Farm to Mar- ket Road 646 (FM 646).
