LEGAL NOTICE Galveston County hereby gives notice that an application has been received from John Da- fonte for a permit to excavate, take, remove or carry away sand, marl, gravel or shell.The loca- tion of the proposed excavation is on Bolivar Peninsula, approx. 3.4 miles northeast of the Bolivar ferry landing and 1000 feet south from F.M 2612 (Broadway – Loop 108). The dimen- sions of the proposed excavation are 260 feet by 435.14feet.
