Hood County seeks proposals for transportation engineering design services by March 4, 2026.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: RFQ2026-06 TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING DESIGN. Hood County Commissioners' Court is requesting sealed Statements of Qualification from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide Engineering Design Services for Transportation Bond Projects. Statements of qualifications subject to the conditions and requirements of RFQ2026-06 will be received at the Hood County Purchasing Office, 1402 W Pearl St, Ste 1, Granbury, Texas 76048 not later than 10:00 am on Wednesday March 4, 2026.  Submittals received after that date and time will be rejected regardless of reason, including delayed delivery. Proposers will be read at that time in a public meeting and held by the Hood County Purchasing Agent's Office. After evaluation of completeness, qualifications, and possibly interviews, a contract may be awarded by the Commissioners' Court at a future Court date. Hood County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and/or waive formalities for the best interest of Hood County. All invoices shall be paid at the regular semi-monthly meeting of the Hood County Commissioner's Court. Electronic Submissions are preferred and can be submitted through Hood County's page on the BonFire website at http://co-hood-tx.bonfirehub.com/ . It is free to register and to bid. Hard copy submissions may be submitted by downloading a bid packet at https://hoodcounty.texas.gov/bids  and can be submitted to: Hood County Purchasing, RFQ 2026-06, 1402 W Pearl St, Ste 1, Granbury, TX 76048. Facsimile and e-mail transmissions will NOT be accepted.
