CITY OF GREENVILLE PUBLIC WORKS Isolation Valve Project 2026-IFB-056 Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. local time on February 24, 2026. Bid responses can be submitted through https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/greenvilletx or by mail to PO Box 1049, Greenville, TX 75401. Bid responses may be delivered to City of Greenville Purchasing Department 2821 Washington Street, Greenville, TX 75401. All bids must be received in the Finance Office by the time and date mentioned above and clearly marked. Late bids will not be accepted. Until the final award, the City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to readvertise, to proceed otherwise in the best interest of the City. The City Council will consider the award of the bid at a regular, scheduled meeting at the Municipal Building, or as soon thereafter as may be reasonably convenient. In accordance with Uniform Commercial Code 2-205, the bid will be irrevocable from the time and date of the bid opening until the bid is accepted or rejected by the City Council.
