NOTICE TO CREDITORS Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of Neel Dearing, Jr., Deceased, were issued on February 19, 2026, under Docket No. 20419 pending in the County Court at Law No. 2 of Hunt County, Texas to Carol Ann Graham, Independent Executor. Claims may be presented in care of the attorney for the Estate addressed as follows: Carol Ann Graham, Independent Executor of the Estate of Neel Dearing, Jr., Deceased c/o Larry W. Green, Jr. Pemberton and Green P. O. Box 765 Greenville, Texas 75403-0765 All persons having claims against this Estate which is currently being administered are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law.
