Marsalis St., from SF-1 Residential District 1 to SF-2 Residential District 2, Celeste, Hunt County, Texas, Pursuant to Chapter 211, Municipal Zoning Authority The City Council of the City of Celeste, Texas Celeste City Hall, N, 201 US-69, Celeste, TX 75423 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Celeste will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, which will begin at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, N, 201 US-69, Celeste, TX 75423, for rezoning of one (1) lot located at 110 W. Marsalis St., Celeste, TX 75423 from SF-1 single family residential district 1 to SF-2 single family residential district 2. All residents and property owners within the proposed zone and all other persons are hereby invited to appear in person to speak for or against the rezoning. At or on the adjournment of the public hearing, the City Council will vote for or against the rezoning.
