NOTICE OF INTENT TO CREATE THE MEDINA COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITY AGENCYEast Medina County Special Utility DistrictNotice is hereby given that East Medina County Special Utility District intends to jointly create and join the Medina County Public Utility Agency (MCPUA) as a participating public entity in accordance with Chapter 572 of the Texas Local Government Code.
