Cuatro T Construction Inc, PO Box 269, Hondo, TX 78861-0269 has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for an Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration Number 182728, which would authorize construction of a permanent rock crusher. The facility is proposed to be located at 3120 County Road 341, Hondo, Medina County, Texas 78861.
