SECTION ANOTICE TO BIDDERSCity of Kenedy will receive bids for a maintenance project of “KENEDY ROADWAY MAINTENANCE.” The project limits are noted by roadway names in the bid proposal. The construction effort is anticipated to be a 2-course surface treatment.A non-mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held on the 19th day of Feburary, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Local Time at the Kenedy City Hall, 303 W Main St, Kenedy, TX 78119. Bids will be received in person at the City of Kenedy City Hall, 303 W Main St, Kenedy, TX 78119. The Bids will be due on 26th day, Feburary, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.Local Time at the above location, and will be opened after 2:00.The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract price from a surety company licensed by the State of Texas.Copies of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications are available on CivCAST.com under project name “Kenedy Roadway Maintenance”.The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.In case of lack of clarity in stating prices, the OWNER reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or reject the bid.The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest/best bid. The bidder selected will be notified at the earliest possible date.The Contractor shall identify all current liens in the past 3 years and vendor holds with the Texas Comptroller's Office on the Statement of Bidder Qualifications.
