SALE OF SURPLUS SCHOOL BUSESNotice is hereby given that Fayetteville Independent School District, Fayetteville, Texas, will receive bids for the sale of the following surplus property:Fayetteville ISD is accepting bids for the sale of the following surplus property: two (2) used school buses. The buses will be sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Fayetteville ISD makes no representation regarding condition, fitness, or merchantability. Inspection of the buses may be arranged by contacting Dr. Jeff Harvey at 979-378-4242. All costs associated with inspection, title and registration, removal, and transportation of the buses shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.Fayetteville ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or technicalities, and to award the sale in the best interest of the district, in accordance with applicable Texas law.Bids must be received no later than March 5 at 4 PM.
