NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT OXY USA Inc., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject Salt Water, Fresh Water, H2S and CO2 into the San Andres and Glorieta formations, Seminole San Andres Unit Well No. 1012, Seminole (San Andres) field. The proposed injection well is located approximately 6-8 miles NW of Seminole in Gaines County, TX. Fluid will be injected into strata of the subsurface depth interval from 4600-5900. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
