The Hudson Independent School District is accepting bids for service on all Sharp Copy Machines located throughout the district. Bids must include all labor, parts and supplies except paper and staples. The dis- trict will only accept bids from authorized Sharp dealers. Proposals will be accepted until March 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Proposals should be placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Copy Machine Service Agreement Proposal”and submitted to: Barrett Lankford HUDSON ISD 6735TedTrout Drive Lufkin, TX 75904. A bid opening will be held on March 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the boardroom of the Administration Building. A list of all machines and their locations can be picked up at the Administration Of- fice Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. or a copy can be request- ed by calling 936-875-9280 or 936-875-9249.
