Invitation for Bids Jefferson Housing Authority will receive written two-year bids for lawn care until Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the JHA Office located at 505 State Hwy. 49, Jefferson, TX 75657. Bids will be for lawn care for the months of March 17, 2026 through October 31, 2026 and again for March through October, 2027. The successful bidder must furnish all equipment and labor necessary to accomplish the work, provide references, proof of liability and owned and non-owned insurance, and contractor is subject to wage rate requirements. Specifications may be obtained at JHA Office, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 903-665-2671.
