PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPLY FORMEMBERSHIP TO THE CENTRAL TEXAS WATER ALLIANCE (CTWA)CITY OF MCGREGOR, TEXASNotice is hereby given that City of McGregory (City), a political subdivision ofthe State of Texas, intends to submit a formal application for Participating Mem-bership in the Central Texas Water Alliance (CTWA), a statutorily authorized re-gional water authority, pursuant to Senate Bill 1194 (89th Legislature, 2025) andinformed by public notice principles in 31 TAC §357.21,This notice is issued by the City, a home-rule municipality operating under itsHome-Rule Charter pursuant to Article XI, Section 5 of the Texas Constitution andChapter 9 of the Texas Local Government Code.
