Notice to Creditors of THE ESTATE OF Max Randall Rutledge , Deceased Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Max Randall Rutledge, Deceased were granted to the undersigned on the 6th of February, 2026 by the Probate Court of Collin County, Texas. All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same to Cheryl Denise Miller Rutledge within the time prescribed by law.
