Wylie, Tx. 75098 will sell the contents of the storage unit listed below at a public auction to satisfy a lien placed on the contents (pursuant to Title 5, Liens Chapter 59 Sec. 59.044). The sale will take place at the website www.Storageauctions.com on February 26th 2026, at 0900am. The Sale will be conducted on www.Storageauctions.com . The unit will be available for viewing prior to the sale www.Storageauctions.com. Contents will be sold for cash only to the highest bidder. A 10-15% buyer's premium will be charged and a cleaning deposit of $100.00 per unit. All sales are final. The seller reserves the right to withdraw the property at any time before the sale or to refuse any bids. The Property to be sold is described as “general household items” unless otherwise noted.
