Sharyland IndependentSchool District:Public Hearing NoticeSharyland Independent SchoolDistrict will hold a public hearing at6:00 p.m., February 23, 2026 at theSharyland High School Auditorium,1216 N. Shary Rd. Mission, Texas.The purpose of this meeting isto discuss the school district'sAcademic Performance Report forthe 2024 – 2025 school year. Inaccordance with Texas EducationCode Chapter 39, each district'sboard of trustees is required topublish an annual report thatincludes the TAPR, campusperformance objectives, a reportof violent or criminal incidents,and information received underTexas Education Code §51.403(e)from the Texas Higher EducationCoordinating Board.The board of trustees is required tohold a hearing for public discussionof the report.
