VeteransBoulevard to consider a request for a waiver from theminimum separation distance requirement of CityCode, Section 111.02 which prohibits a business fromselling alcoholic beverages within 300 feet of a publicschool. Lily's Event Center Inc., proposes to sellalcohol at 211 Showers Rd and this property is within300 feet of Cesar E. Chavez Middle School, a publicschool located at 1927 Showers Rd.
