A complete set of Bidding and Contract Documents will be made available for no charge on a flash drive (or other electronic means) at: City of Nacogdoches City Hall Finance Department floresd@nactx.us 202 Pilar Street, Suite 332 Nacogdoches, TX 75961 Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at City Hall Conference Room 305. Bids received after the due date and time will be returned unopened. The City of Nacogdoches reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
