436038 Garrison ISDSECTION 00 11 00ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS Garrison ISD will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Cafeteria and Restroom Renovation until 2:00 PM on the 18 th day of March, 2026 . Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Administration Annex Office at 459 N. US Hwy. 59, Garrison, Texas 75946. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26 th at 2:00PM in the Administration Annex Office at 4529 N. US Hwy., 59, Garrison, Texas 75946. In awarding a contract the District may consider: purchase price; the reputation of the vendor and of the vendor's goods and services; the quality of the vendor's goods or services; the extent to which the goods or services meet the District's needs; the vendor's past relationship with the District; the vendor's record for performing and completing warranty work in a timely manner; the ability of the vendor to meet the District's schedule; the ability of the vendor to meet specified insurance requirements; the vendor's references responses; any other relevant information the District might consider in selecting a vendor. The Project consists of 615 sq. ft. Restroom Renovation. The Board of Trustees has delegated authority to a committee for the evaluation of the criteria, and their assigned points, which will be contained in the project documents to interested parties who respond to the published notice. Garrison ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the proposal. Proposals may be held by Garrison ISD for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of Proposals for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals. All Bidders must have a completed AIA-A305, 1986, Contractor's Qualification Statement on file with the Architect a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid date. The Architect does not provide this form. Proposal/Contract documents, including Drawings, Specifications, Criteria and Scoring are on file at the office of the Architect, GLS, 1609 South Chestnut, Suite 202, Lufkin, Texas 75901 and can be obtained electronically from the architect free of charge. General Contractors should email Cristyna Cruz at ccruz@glstexas.com to receive the instructions on how to download plans and specifications via the GLS website. Notification of Intent to Bid must be received in order to gain access to the drawings.
