ORDI- NANCE NO. 19-022026 AMEND- MENT #8 AN ORDI- NANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GARDEN RIDGE, TEXAS, AMENDING OR- DINANCE 19, BY ADOPTING THE INTERNA- TIONAL CODE COUNCIL STAN- DARD BUILD- ING, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, FUEL, GAS, PRIVATE SEW- AGE DISPOS- AL, FIRE, AND RESIDENTIAL CODES 2021 EDITIONS; RE- PEALING OR- DINANCE 19, AMENDMENT #7 APPROVED MAY 5, 2010; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EF- FECTIVE DATE. PENALTIES. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, dis- obeys, omits, ne- glects or refuses to comply with any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for all violations involv- ing fire, safety or public health and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for all other violations of this Ordinance. Each day that a violation persists shall cons
