Auction will be held at www. storage auctions.com. Bidding will begin February 5th, 2026, at 9:00 AM and con- cludes on Feb- ruary 20th, 2026, at 9:00AM. Prop- erty will be sold to the highest bidder for cash. Depos- it for removal and clean up may be required. Seller reserves the right not to accept any bid and withdraw property from sale.
