Notice of Application for a Sand and Gravel Permit The City of New Braunfels has ap- plied to the Texas Parks and Wild- life Department (TPWD) for a Sand and Gravel Permit pursuant to Texas Parks and Wildlife Code chapter 86 to remove or disturb 35 cubic yards of sedi- mentary materi- al within Landa Lake in Comal County. The purpose is to remove accumu- lated sediment material from the Landa Park Wad- ing Pool. The lo- cation is 150 feet from the inter- section of Lan- da Park Dr. and Gazebo Circle, latitude/longi- tude 29.712607, -98.136995. No- tice is being pub- lished and mailed pursuant to Title 31 Texas Admin- istrative Code section 69.105(b). Within 30 days of the receipt of an administratively complete appli- cation, TPWD will publish notice of a public comment hearing regarding the application in the Texas Reg- ister at least 20 days prior to the date of the public comment hear- ing.
