PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS for BRIDGE CITY ISD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER G&G Enterprises (“G&G”) is pleased to serve as the Construction Manager-at-Risk (“CMAR”) for the Bridge City ISD Performing Arts Center project. Bridge City Independent School District (the ‘District') is procuring construction services under Tex. Gov't Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F (Construction Manager‑at‑Risk), and accordingly, G&G invites you to submit your Lump-Sum Turnkey Proposal (LSTP) for your trade, including but not limited to, all safety, supervision, labor, materials, consumables, tools, rigging, lifting, hoisting, scaffolding, equipment, temporary storage, traffic control, daily clean-up, insurance, required statutory taxes, fees, permits and other necessary items required to satisfactorily complete the work for the Performing Arts Center.
